The villa is situated in a quiet residential area. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture for 4 people and a parasol.
On the ground floor, there is an air-conditioned living room with a sofa, two armchairs and a TV (French channels only). The open-plan kitchen has a fridge/freezer, 4-burner ceramic hob, microwave, traditional coffee maker and washing machine.
There is also a bathroom with a washbasin and shower, a separate toilet and a bedroom with a 140x190cm bed and a wardrobe.
Upstairs you will find a mezzanine with a 140x190cm bed and a desk.
