On the first floor: a bedroom with a 160cm double bed, another bedroom with a 140cm double bed, and an office area.
On the second floor: a large bedroom with a 90cm single bed and a large, private terrace.
Reversible air conditioning is available in the living room, the large bedroom, and the office.

There are two parking spaces, one in front of the house and one in the courtyard. There is also a storage room for bicycles, plenty of storage, and a dual-aspect layout.

Optional additional services: Linens are not provided, but can be reserved in advance and collected upon key collection (double bed kit: €12.00 / single bed kit: €9.00 / towel kit: with one large and one small towel: €8.00).

You will be asked to pay the security deposit for your rental. The "swikly" link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be paid beforehand (no cash or checks, fees will be charged by the operator).
