Behind its blue shutters, its facade made of Adour pebbles, the Setem house is ready to welcome you for a relaxing stay in a rural setting. Here, you will enjoy the enclosed garden. You will surely become friends with Caramel, the house's Gordon setter! If you are a spa visitor, a preferential rate will be offered to you. Located in a rural setting just 5 minutes from the center of the village, the Setem house, an old Adour pebble farm, invites calm and relaxation on its enclosed flowered grounds. Adjoining the owner, offering kitchen open to living room, 2 bedrooms (2 140 cm beds, 1 90 cm bed) + mezzanine (1 90 cm bed), shower room, separate toilet. Washing machine, dishwasher, multifunction oven, TV, wifi. Electric heating. Garden furniture, barbecue. 60 m2 of private enclosed land on a shared property with owner of 9000m². Baby equipment bed + chair + mattress + bathtub. Road access 800m.

The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for the kitchen (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). The excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
