Description of the accommodation
This independent cottage has a beautiful private outdoor space. The covered terrace at the back of the house will prolong the pleasure of being outside in all weathers. The universe is authentic with wooden furniture, mixed with the modernity of the equipment (bathrooms, kitchen). Gérardmer, its ski resort and its lake at 16 km. The field of rocks, remarkable site 6 km. Hiking on site. Independent gite in an old renovated farmhouse. On the ground floor: entrance, fitted kitchen open to the living room with TV lounge area (36 m²), shower room and separate WC, laundry room. On the 1st floor: landing with reading area, 3 bedrooms (3 double beds + 1 single bed + 1 cot), a bathroom with walk-in shower, separate WC and a lounge area with library, sofa and TV. On the 2nd floor: 1 bedroom in the attic, opening onto the 1st floor via the stairs (1 double bed + 1 single bed). Private land with covered terrace. Loan of bicycles. Charges included (oil heating). Wireless.
For baby: chair, bed, mattress, bathtub. Adjoining a second seasonal accommodation (the 2 gites can be rented together for a total capacity of 16 people).
100€ deposit per animal.
