For your vacation, your spa treatment or your business trip, Gîte Les Sables Landais awaits you for a comfortable stay between ocean and forest.
Ideally located 12 km from Dax, close to the thermal baths of Saint Paul les Dax and 32 km from the beaches, this traditional half-timbered house benefits from an ideal location to recharge your batteries, get a breath of fresh air, and explore the Landes natural and wild. The fully enclosed 7000m² park is a magnificent place of adventure and discovery for young children who can roam around in complete safety and a space of relaxation and tranquility for all. Outdoor games, table tennis, a barbecue and a beautiful large swimming pool (10m x 4m to share with the owners, secured by a roller shutter, open from mid-June to mid-September) as well as numerous natural essences await you there. You will be seduced by the architecture, the level of comfort as well as the volumes of this house. A new top address to discover all year round... This gîte is adjoining the owners. However, it benefits from a private entrance and a terrace not overlooked. This seasonal rental offers on the ground floor a kitchen bathed in light by the glass roof (induction hob, extractor hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave), a cozy living room (TV, WIFI), a storeroom . Upstairs, 3 bedrooms (2 160x200 beds and 2 90x190 beds) each with its own private bathroom/bathroom with toilet. For your comfort, sheets, bathroom linen, household linen as well as water, electricity and heating consumption are included. Baby equipment (bed, high chair) can be provided on request.
