For several years, I had dreamed of opening a gite in this little corner of paradise a few hundred meters from our home. Mr. and Mrs. Catherine, the former owners offered part of the land for pasture to our two sheep. Coming to visit them, I fell in love with this peaceful place. After a major renovation that will give this pretty brick and flint house all the necessary comfort for a holiday stay, the "Les Catherine" gîte will open in September 2013 with the collaboration of Gîtes de France. This accommodation works all year round and fills my pleasure to receive and to offer holidaymakers or professionals, in addition to small welcome gifts, a clear and comfortable home in a nest of greenery where life is good.

Description of the accommodation

Ground floor: - open kitchen (4-burner ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator with 3 freezer drawers, single sink, dishwasher) opening onto - living/dining room (2-seater convertible), stove Godin Colonial wood burner, TV and ADSL connection, DVD player, radio column (Bluetooth and USB key),
- laundry room with washing machine, - bathroom with walk-in shower, changing chest,
- separate toilet with hand basin. Floor (attic): - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200cm, - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90x200cm. Complete baby equipment. Outside: parking in the courtyard next to the gîte. 4 km from the sea, you can recharge your batteries in the peace and quiet of the countryside in this independent house combining authenticity and modern comfort with an enclosed garden of 1500 m². You can explore the hiking trails, walk or let yourself be carried along in the footsteps of Muscade, the donkey of Jacques and Christiane, the owners... For short walks, 3 adult bikes are available on site, children's bikes can be loaned on request, equestrian center or association will satisfy the riders and for your well-being, the nearby swimming pool offers spa, hammam, sauna, relaxation area. At Saint-Jouin Plage you will practice longe-côte, paddle and other water sports without forgetting diving.
In Bruneval, the Pins de César will offer you different well-being treatments: massages...
