Description of the accommodation

Independent house with private access next to the owners' house. It has an equipped kitchen (combination freezer, oven, dishwasher, 2 gas burners, induction), a dining room facing south with reversible air conditioning and wood insert, and a living room with TV, internet, convertible sofa, and sofa bed. You will also have access to a bedroom, with a 160X200 cm bed, separate WC and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. You can enjoy the swimming pool located in front of the gîte (shared with the owners) and separated by a plant hedge (dimensions 12X5, depth 1.15 to 1.75m, salt water, secured by a roller shutter, unheated, outdoor shower).
2 terraces available: one in front and one behind the cottage with garden furniture, a private shelter allowing you to park your car, bicycles or motorcycles (covered shelter but not locked).
