Typical mansion of the Loire Valley, located in the heart of the city center, near the Loire, the castle of Gien, the pottery, shops, restaurants and bars, it is the ideal place for a WE or a week's vacation with family or friends. The cottage has 7 large double bedrooms. Exposed woodwork, oak parquet floors or tomettes give charm to our rooms. 4 of the bedrooms are equipped with modern private bathrooms, with bathtubs (2) or walk-in showers (2). A 5th independent bathroom with bathtub is also available. 6 toilets are also available throughout the house. The cottage has a large fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, large fridge freezer) with a magnificent central island that calls for cooking. Two other small kitchens (electric hotplates, fridge-top, mini-ovens) are also available, for more autonomy. The main living room opens onto the garden via a large bay window. Its floor is in terracotta tiles and paving, with a large stone fireplace and a pleasant living room with TV corner and Petiot table football (playability of a bonzini). A second large living room with TV, games and board games is also available on the ground floor as well as a second dining room for 20 people. The well-being and safety of children are our priority: the cottage is completely walled. On the garden side, the cottage has a large flower garden ideally exposed on the entrance side, as well as a second secret garden located above the roofs.
