The cottage offers a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, a welcoming living room with a wood-burning stove (wood provided), a lounge, a dining area, a bar, and direct access to the terrace and garden. The sleeping area comprises a double bedroom (160x200cm bed) with a patio/terrace (sun lounger and garden furniture), and a twin bedroom with two 90x200cm beds. There is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity, and a separate toilet. Outside, you can enjoy a wooden terrace, a private courtyard and garden with attractive landscaping. Secure, enclosed parking is available. From June to September, you can enjoy a shared indoor swimming pool (16m x 5m) heated to 28°C (open from 9am to 9pm) with aquabiking, a counter-current swimming system, and an outdoor spa (supplement of €75 per stay). Heating, electricity, firewood, and air conditioning are included in the price. Beds will be made upon arrival, and towels and linens are provided. Located in the heart of the Forêt d'Orient Regional Natural Park, 25 minutes from Troyes, Le Bivouac is a single-story cottage adjoining the owners' secondary residence. It offers all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay and a truly unforgettable change of scenery. The view of Lake Orient and the immediate proximity to the beach are a real plus. The beach is 500 meters away, a 28km cycle path runs right by the cottage, and other cycling routes are available. Bicycles, scooters, paddleboards, fishing equipment, and mini-golf are available for rent on-site, as well as a restaurant on the beach.
