The privileged location of our cottage in the old Gérardmer allows you to discover the city, the lake and its surroundings EVERYTHING on FOOT if you wish. In winter 5 minutes away, the snow shuttle takes you to the ski slopes.
In fine weather, a pleasant and peaceful place, you can enjoy an outdoor terrace with garden furniture and a shaded lawn for relaxation.
For sports enthusiasts, a sports field is accessible 3 minutes away on foot (free entry).

Quiet and green place. Free and reserved private parking on the site of the gîte; secure room for depositing motorcycles, bicycles, strollers, etc.

Internet box in the cottage allowing teleworking. Our gîte, since its opening, has always been cleaned according to a disinfection process according to the mandatory Covid 19 standards. This small, completely renovated house, equipped with single-use WIFI for the gîte, offers you:

On the ground floor :
- 1 entrance with cloakroom
followed by a living room with fully equipped kitchen with new equipment, dining area, bench seat and TV

- 1 closed room with automatic door available for storing bicycles, skis, strollers, motorbikes, etc.

Upstairs:
- open bedroom with 1 double bed 140 x 200, living room with 2 armchairs, TV, desk table with Internet and WI FI socket, chest of drawers. Direct access to the bathroom.
- 1 separate WC
- 1 spacious bathroom with vanity sink, shower cubicle, washing machine, dryer
- closed bedroom with 1 convertible bed either p/ 1 person 80 out of 200, or p/ 2 people 160 out of 200, dressing room, table, chest of drawers. 1 cot.

The bed(s) are made upon arrival.

Free baby equipment: bed with mattress protected by a mattress protector and sheet underneath, duvet, changing table, bath, high chair, baby potty, 1 stroller available.

Electricity billed on meter reading on arrival and departure (including 8 kwh/day offered).
