In the Berry region, near the Château de Valençay, the Beauval Zoo, the Brenne Regional Natural Park and the Châteaux de la Loire, this old farm invites you to enjoy a peaceful holiday in the heart of Berry's nature. You can admire panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. Facilities include a pétanque court, a playground with swing, slide, table tennis and trampoline for children, providing fun times for the whole family. This house has a private terrace and a large enclosed garden shared with another gîte that can accommodate 6 people.

On the ground floor, you will find a living room including an equipped kitchen (with a non-built-in multi-function oven), a living room and a dining area, as well as a bathroom with shower and separate toilets.

Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x190) and another with two single beds (90x190), as well as a second toilet with hand basin.

Heating is electric and consumption is billed separately.
The house also offers a private terrace and large common grounds.
Parking is available on the property.

For professionals, bed linen is obligatory at the rate of €12.00 per person per stay. For stays of more than 15 days, a change of sheets will be made at a cost of €12 per person.
A mandatory cleaning service is also available for professionals at a rate of €35.
