Description of the accommodation

Located on the seafront, single storey fisherman's house, facing the South beach, comprising kitchen-dining room, 3 sea view bedrooms, shower room-WC. Courtyard at the back. Kitchen equipment: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, vacuum cleaner, toaster..... Bedding: two 140cm beds and one 90cm bed. Leisure equipment: flat screen TV , garden furniture, parasol, barbecue. Area: 55 m². NEARBY: Facing the South beach, 200 m from the city center and all shops. Large beach 200 m away as well as restaurants. Bus station 500m away and SNCF train station 6.3km away, Rochefort thermal establishment 15 min away. TO PAY upon arrival: security deposit of €500 for rental, €100 for cleaning, and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be provided before arrival: sheets €10 per bed per week, bathroom linen €9 per week, bath mat €6 per week, table linen (tea towels, napkins) €6 per week. Cleaning: €100. Pet €30 per stay + a security deposit of €100. The rental is granted for a stay which begins on the day of arrival from 2:30 [hidden] and ends on the day of departure at 10:00 [hidden] at the latest.
