Description of the accommodation

Located in a quiet and residential area, recent house, comfortable, functional and in excellent condition. It includes on the ground floor: entrance with cupboard, living room opening onto the terrace and the garden, fitted and equipped kitchen area, bathroom with WC. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with WC. Garden with terrace and bioclimatic pergola. A parking place. Kitchen equipment: dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker. Other equipment: vacuum cleaner, washing machine, garden furniture, plancha, etc. Beds: 1 160 cm bed and 2 90 cm bunk beds. Surface area: 68 m². NEAR the sea and the beach, approximately 1,000 m from the city center. Bus station 1,000 m away and SNCF train station 6 km away, Rochefort spa 15 minutes away. TO PAY upon arrival: security deposit of €600 for rental, €100 for cleaning, and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be provided before arrival: sheets €10 per bed per week, bathroom linen €9 per week, bath mat €6 per week, table linen (tea towels, napkins) €6 per week. Cleaning: €100.
