Fouras, very nice renovation in a quiet area, close to the city center and the beach, single storey fitted out for 4 people + a child, including a living room with fitted kitchen, a shower room, WC, and 2 bedrooms + loft. Kitchen equipment: fridge + freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, extractor, toaster, coffee maker, vacuum cleaner... Sleeping: 2 140 beds and an extra 90 bed, a 60X120 travel cot. Leisure equipment: TV, garden furniture, parasols, barbecue. Paved and closed courtyard. Area: 60 m². NEARBY: Located 300 m from the town center and all shops, 500 m from one of the 5 fine sandy beaches. Thermal establishment of Rochefort 15 min. TO PAY upon your arrival a security deposit of 500 € and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be provided before arrival: sheets €10 per bed per week, bathroom linen €9 per week. Cleaning: €100.
