Very pleasant villa, spacious, in excellent condition, comfortable, for 6 people, located 10 minutes from the sea, comprising on the ground floor: large living room, fully fitted open kitchen, 1 bedroom with private bathroom and dressing room, pantry and very large garage. Upstairs: 2 large bedrooms, bathroom, WC. Terrace, large fully enclosed garden. Kitchen equipment: dishwasher, fridge + freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, vacuum cleaner..... Bed: 1 x 160 + 4 x 90. Leisure equipment: TV, wifi, garden furniture, barbecue, deckchair, awning.... Vehicle access. Area: 140 m². NEARBY: 800 m from the city center, beach 800 m. Bus station 1.5 km away and SNCF train station 6.3 km away, Rochefort thermal establishment 15 minutes away. Located 450 m from the south beach and the city center, 600 m from the Grande Plage and the North Beach. TO BE PAID upon arrival a security deposit of €600 and tourist tax.
