Very close to the North beach, recent mobile home comprising a living room, kitchen area, two bedrooms, a shower room and separate WC. Ideal for 4 people. Kitchen equipment: fridge + freezer, microwave, gas hob, vacuum cleaner, electric coffee maker, pressure cooker, kettle, toaster... Sleeping: one 140 cm bed and two 80 cm beds. Leisure equipment: TV, living room garden, parasol, plancha.... Parking space. Year of the mobile home: 2012. Mobile Home Pitch 57. Pets not allowed. NEARBY: Located 500m from the city center, all shops, and 20m from one of the 5 fine sandy beaches, the Cadoret campsite welcomes you to its 7.5 ha wooded park. Shaded or more ventilated pitches. Thermal establishment of Rochefort 15 min. TO PAY upon your arrival a security deposit of 400 € and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be provided before arrival: sheets €10 per bed per week, bathroom linen €9 per week. Cleaning: €50.
