Ideally located, small single storey house, close to the city center, the Grande Plage and the South Beach, comprising a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room - WC. Enclosed garden - courtyard, as well as terrace. Dependencies. Kitchen equipment: fridge and freezer, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, microwave, coffee maker and toaster.... Leisure equipment: TV, garden furniture and parasol. Sleeping: a bed of 140. Possibility to enter the vehicle (width of the entrance: 2.65m). Area: 34 m². NEARBY: Located on the Place du Sémaphore. 100m from the city center, 100m from the beaches (Grande and Sud), and all shops. Bus station at 600m and SNCF station at 6.3km, thermal establishment of Rochefort at 15 min. TO PAY upon your arrival a security deposit of 400 € and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be provided before arrival: sheets €10 per bed per week, bathroom linen €9 per week. Cleaning: €70. Pet €30 per stay + a security deposit of €100.
