Pleasant little single storey house located in a quiet area including a living room with kitchen area, a lounge, a bedroom, a bathroom, a WC. Kitchen equipment: washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster.... Bedding: a 140 bed, BZ 120. Leisure equipment: TV, Box, garden furniture and a parasol . Courtyard of 15 m2 closed at the front of the house. Area: 32 m². NEARBY: In a quiet street 400 m from the city center and shops. South Beach 500 m. Bus station 500 m away and SNCF train station 6.3 km away, Rochefort thermal establishment 15 min away. TO PAY upon arrival: security deposit of €400 for rental, €100 for cleaning, and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be provided before arrival: sheets €10 per bed per week, bathroom linen €9 per week, bath mat €6 per week, table linen (tea towels, napkins) €6 per week. Cleaning: €70.
