Description of the accommodation

Townhouse with a surface area of 95 m² and designed for 6 people, close to the South beach and the city center. On the raised ground floor, entrance, living room, fitted and equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, WC and bathroom. Kitchen equipment: vacuum cleaner, fridge-freezer, hood, washing machine, gas hob, coffee maker, toaster... Comfort elements: flat screen TV,.... Leisure equipment: garden furniture, barbecue, parasol... Sleeping: 1 bedroom with 1 x 140, 1 x 90 + baby bed, 1 bedroom 1 x 140, 1 mezzanine bed + 1 sofa bed. Courtyard with vehicle access on the street side, garden at the rear of the house. Area: 95 m². Located 50m from the south beach and 300m from the city center. TO PAY upon arrival: security deposit of €600 for rental, €150 for cleaning, and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be provided before arrival: sheets €10 per bed per week, bathroom linen €9 per week, bath mat €6 per week, table linen (tea towels, napkins) €6 per week. Cleaning: €150.
