Description of the accommodation

Hyper center charming holiday home of 85 m², for 4 or 5 people, a stone's throw from the town center and the 3 beaches, including: On the ground floor: Living room (2 sofas, flat screen TV, DVD player, portable speaker, corner meals), fitted and equipped kitchen (fridge + freezer, mini dishwasher, oven, microwave, hood, toaster, coffee maker, vacuum cleaner), a bathroom (washing machine, iron, hair dryer), separate WC. Upstairs: 1 master bedroom with 140cm bed + TV, 1 bedroom with 3 90cm beds + TV. Small wooden terrace (garden furniture, sun loungers, parasol, electric barbecue and plancha). Baby equipment (bed, high chair, toilet booster seat). Pets not allowed. No smoking inside the rental. NEARBY: Located 100 m from the city center and all shops, 200 m from one of the 5 fine sand beaches. Rochefort thermal establishment 15 minutes away. TO BE PAID upon arrival a security deposit of €500 and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be provided before arrival: sheets €10 per bed per week, bathroom linen €9 per week. Cleaning: €150.
