Located in a small, very quiet residence, beautiful apartment in excellent condition, fitted out for 4 people, on the ground floor. With sunny courtyard and parking space. It includes a fitted and fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa/bed, a bedroom and bathroom/WC. Kitchen equipment: oven, pressure cooker, electric coffee maker, toaster, etc. Bed: 1X140, sofa bed. Comfort elements: washing machine, vacuum cleaner, oven, TV, radio, etc. Leisure equipment: garden furniture, blinds, etc. Surface area: 32 m². NEARBY: 20 m from the large beach, 150 m from the pedestrian street, and all shops.
