Apartment Residence Les Terrasses de Fort Boyard with swimming pool, designed for 4 people, on the ground floor with sea view. It includes a living room, 1 bedroom, bathroom, WC, 1 terrace of approximately 9 m². Kitchen equipment: fridge, ceramic hob, microwave grill, electric coffee maker, toaster, mini oven.... Sleeps: 2 x 90, sofa bed. Leisure equipment: terrace furniture, TV, WIFI (free)... Surface area: 42 m². Swimming pool open from July to August. NEARBY: Facing the South beach, 200 m from the pedestrian street and all shops. Bus station: 250m, Bus stop G and J opposite, SNCF train station: 6.3 km, Rochefort thermal establishment 15 m away. TO BE PAID upon arrival a security deposit of €500 and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be provided before arrival: sheets €10 per bed per week, bathroom linen €9 per week, bath mat €6 per week, table linen (tea towels, napkins) €6 per week. Cleaning: €70.
