Leisure equipment: TV, garden furniture and parasol. Sleeping: a 140 cm bed. Surface area: 34 m². NEARBY: located 200m from the city center and all shops. Bus station 600m away and SNCF train station 6.3km away, Rochefort thermal establishment 15 min away. TO PAY upon arrival: security deposit of €500 for rental, €70 for cleaning, and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be provided before arrival: sheets €10 per bed per week, bathroom linen €9 per week, bath mat €6 per week, table linen (tea towels, napkins) €6 per week. Cleaning: €70.
