This house consists of a large living room, a veranda, an equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and WC. Enclosed and landscaped garden with parking. Sleeping equipment: 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed, 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm bed. Leisure equipment: flat screen TV, barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs, etc. Other equipment: Dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer... Pets not allowed. No smoking inside the rental. Surface area: 83 m². NEARBY: Located 200 m from the city center and all shops, 200 m from one of the 5 fine sand beaches. Rochefort thermal establishment 15 minutes away. TO PAY upon arrival: security deposit of €500 for rental, €150 for cleaning, and tourist tax.
