Bright villa, pleasant to live in and good comfort including a large living room, American-style kitchen, hallway 2 bedrooms, bathroom, WC. Garage, courtyard, enclosed garden. Kitchen equipment: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, vacuum cleaner, coffee maker, toaster..... Beds: 1X160, 2X90, sofa bed 140. Leisure equipment: TV, garden furniture, barbecue, parasol. Area: 70 m². NEARBY: At the entrance to Fouras, near the super market, 1500m from the city center, beach 1000m, and sea 500m. Bus station 1.5 km away and SNCF train station 6.3 km away, Rochefort thermal establishment 15 minutes away. TO PAY upon arrival: security deposit of €500 for rental, €100 for cleaning, and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be provided before arrival: sheets €10 per bed per week, bathroom linen €9 per week, bath mat €6 per week, table linen (tea towels, napkins) €6 per week. Cleaning: €100.
