You will also enjoy a closed garden facing south/ west away from sight and a terrace with all the garden furniture (table, chairs, 4 sunbeds, gas barbecue, parasol and awning).

You will have access to the garage, with electric door, where is the laundry room (washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board), ideal for storing equipment (surfboard, bike, etc.). A ping-pong table with racquets and board games are available.

You will have two parking spaces in front of the house.

The location is privileged, the beach is accessible by a pedestrian path. The coastal trails will take you to Cap-Coz or Mousterlin, the opportunity to discover delightful coves of fine sand. You can enjoy the many activities offered in the country of Fouesnes: nautical activities (paddle, sailing, canoeing...), golf, casino, thalasso, swimming pool, cinema, etc. Excursions on the islands of Glénan are proposed from Beg-Meil or Bénodet. In summer, many activities are offered including activities for children, shows and concerts. A market is held every Friday in Fouesnant, the opportunity to discover local specialties.
