Ground Floor: A welcoming entrance opens onto a bright living room with a fireplace, ideal for summer evenings or cool spring mornings. A fully equipped kitchen with a dining area adjoins a welcoming dining room. Three bedrooms: One bedroom with two single beds, one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), and one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm).
