The living room leads to a bathroom as well as a mezzanine with a bed for 2 people, skylight and storage.
The residence is located on the heights of Saint Pierre La Mer, 800 m from the shops and 900 m from the sea. It has a 15m x 8 m swimming pool with a depth of 95 to 140 cm. It opens from the beginning of July to the end of August. Swimming pool open according to government and prefectural decisions.
Shops, grocery stores, restaurants are located 800 m away.

Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit : with a large and a small towel: 8.00 €).
