A bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and washing machine. A mezzanine level with a 140cm double bed and an office area, air conditioning, and a large veranda with a dining area and lounge area overlooking a garden. Two parking spaces are available.

The residence is located on the hills of Saint Pierre la Mer, 800m from the shops and 900m from the sea. It features a 15m x 8m swimming pool with a depth of 95 to 140cm. It is open from mid-June to mid-September.

Optional additional services: Linens are not provided, but can be reserved in advance and collected upon key collection (double bed kit: €12.00 / single bed kit: €9.00 / towel kit: with one large and one small towel: €8.00).

You will be asked to pay the security deposit for your rental. The "swikly" link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be paid before your arrival (no cash or checks, fees will be charged by the operator).
