Originally from Périgord, I was born on this agricultural property. In 1989, I decided to renovate the barn and transform it into GITES DE FRANCE in order to maintain my family heritage and offer guests the opportunity to discover the magnificent surrounding territory.

Description of the accommodation

7 km from Rouffignac St Cernin de Reilhac (Shops) and 11 km from Le Bugue, detached house of 75 m² in an old farmhouse on open land of 2,000 m² with garden furniture, barbecue and swing.
the ground floor is composed of a living room kitchen with WiFi internet connection, a bedroom equipped with a 160 cm bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet .
Upstairs, you will discover a dormitory space with 3 90cm beds. Electric heating. Baby equipment: baby bed, high chair, bathtub, changing table, and suitable cutlery.
Towels €7/person/change. Sheets €14/bed/change. End of stay cleaning €65. Heating: €12/day adjustable according to actual consumption. Restored gîte in exposed stone, in the heart of Périgord Noir, in a quiet site on a hill with a wide view of the Périgord landscapes. You will be off the beaten track but a stone's throw from magnificent hikes, from the Vézère valley, cradle of prehistory (Centre International de l'Art Parietal Lascaux 4 in Montignac 35 km, Les Eyzies de Tayac 7 km, Rouffignac…), the Dordogne valley and its medieval castles, Sarlat 28 km, a medieval city with an exceptional heritage and numerous villages classified among “the most beautiful villages in France”. But also, you will take the time to discover that gastronomy is inseparably linked to the image of Périgord. Soups, terrines, truffle omelettes, stews, desserts... cooking is an art that we particularly know how to cultivate here.
