I discovered Fécamp by sea coming from Le Havre. We arrived at night and I was seduced by the entrance to the port and the lighted dykes. It was an evening of fireworks that we admired from the beach. In love with the sea, and ports, I wanted to know more. I went back over the weekend and took the guided tour of the Bénédicte and walked up to the Chapelle du Salut. I was conquered. From weekend to weekend, I continued to discover the city: its market with producers from neighboring farms, summer evenings in Yport. Finally, I decided to acquire this house in 2015, large enough to accommodate the whole family and invite our friends. We did the work ourselves with a lot of heart. The house is decorated with photos of Fécamp and paintings of Fécamp by local artists. We are now happy to rent our house in order to allow the discovery of this city which touches us by its history and which seduces us by its colors.

Description of the accommodation

GROUND FLOOR: living room (TV, DVD and DVD player, stereo, regional books), dining room,. Beautiful open and well-equipped kitchen area (oven, ceramic hob, microwave, freezer) overlooking a small interior courtyard (garden furniture, electric barbecue). FIRST FLOOR: 1st bedroom (1 double bed 140x190cm and 1 single bed 90x190cm, chest of drawers), 2nd bedroom (1 double bed 140x190cm + chest of drawers and wardrobe), bathroom (with bathtub) and separate WC.
SECOND FLOOR: turquoise bedroom (1 double bed 160x200cm with wardrobe and desk). Games/relaxation room with office for teleworking and library.
BASEMENT: (washing machine, dryer, clothes rack). Two small free car parks in our street will allow you to park easily in summer.
Sheets and household linen provided, heating and electricity included. Cleaning fee included.
Baby equipment: available: travel cot, high chair.
Non-smoking cottage. Welcome to Neshama, a large fishermen's house (115m2) in the heart of Fécamp, a stone's throw from the port and the beach for your stay with family or friends... NESHAMA allows you to take full advantage of all the activities offered by the fishing office. tourism: gathering of old rigging, guided tours, accompanied hikes, sailing tour of France, exhibitions at the fisheries and Bénédictine museums, nautical excursions to Etretat. The port shops are just a stone's throw away: bakery, butcher, fishmonger, supermarket, as well as numerous restaurants (seafront and Place Nicolas Selle). The cinema 10 minutes walk. The house, decorated on the theme of the town of Fécamp, offers beautiful spaces which allow you to share pleasant convivial moments but also to isolate yourself in peace upstairs. The kitchen is very well equipped, it opens onto a small courtyard with two armchairs and a table and electric barbecue. In summer, you can enjoy the hydrangeas in bloom.
