Josiane and Maurice are happy to welcome you to their La Prudenche gîte located at the foot of the Pilat regional park to spend a quiet holiday in a friendly atmosphere with a view of the Coteaux du Gier and the Monts du Lyonnais.

Description of the accommodation

Gîte of 120 m² on ground floor + mezzanine. It has a beautiful, bright and spacious living room with an integrated and equipped kitchen open to the dining room and living room. You will benefit from two bedrooms: a bedroom on the ground floor with a 160 cm bed with its complete and private bathroom and a bedroom on the mezzanine with two 90 cm beds. You will appreciate the 60m² private garden with trees and flowers with its terrace equipped with a lounge, a parasol, sun loungers, a barbecue and its swimming pool. Josiane & Maurice welcome you to their property where this independent house is located. Ideal place to spend a quiet holiday in a friendly atmosphere with a wide and beautiful view of the Monts du Lyonnais and the hillsides of Gier.
