This gîte adjoining a house, not overlooked, offers you, on the ground floor, a living room with lounge, fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1 160 cm bed, 1 140 cm bed and 2 bunk beds), bathroom, separate toilet, laundry room. Washing machine, dishwasher, TV, DVD, microwave, WIFI. Sheets included, beds made upon your arrival. Linen included Covered terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and private enclosed garden. Parking on site. Cot and high chair provided. Above ground swimming pool (6m x 3m) open from June to September depending on the weather. Heating package: €12/day
