Built in 1850 (former cannery), it has just been freshly renovated with taste in 2023. You will appreciate its brightness, its neat decoration and its calm. The house does not have an exterior. The entrance is via a small interior courtyard with a staircase, but cannot be defined as an exterior.

All the shops are accessible without a car to make your stay easier: supermarkets, fishmongers & its auction to taste the excellent oysters from the river, restaurants, bars, wine cellar, bakeries, ice cream parlors & some designer shops and local artists.

The advantage of its location is its proximity to the marina, the Ria d'Etel and the direct access on foot to the seaside as well as to the coastal paths. This house will also be your ideal base for visiting southern Morbihan (Carnac, Lorient, Quiberon, Auray, Vannes...) or Finistère (Pont Aven, Concarneau...).
