Description of the accommodation

On the ground floor, you will have a living room with lounge area (convertible sofa, flat screen TV), kitchen open to a dining area, separate WC. Upstairs: a double bedroom (140x190 bed), Twin bedroom with 2 90x190 beds, one of which is located on an attic mezzanine (ideal for a child), a bathroom (shower, sink, WC). You will also have the possibility to rent "L'Ecurie", a large room with double bed, toilet and hand basin (30€/night - 100€/week). Outside, in the owners' garden, you will enjoy a quiet area by the swimming pool with deckchairs, a terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. A few chickens roaming free near the stream will delight the children. You will be offered street parking. All charges are included in the price of the stay (heating, electricity, wifi), beds made on arrival and bathroom and household linen provided. Pets allowed on request. Anne-Laure and Nicolas welcome you to this charming little house which has been completely restored. It is a small outbuilding in an old farmhouse typical of Champagne which is located 20 minutes from Troyes, 40 minutes from Sens and 1h30 from Paris. You will be seduced by the careful decoration and noble materials (tiles, original beams, etc.) in natural shades, which combine the old and the modern. You can also enjoy the landscaped garden where the imposing walnut tree, the various flower beds and the weeping willow near the stream will help you find rest. A swimming pool lined with terraces to share with the owners will be offered to you (from the end of May to the beginning of September, schedule conditions to be discussed with the owners).
