The other two bedrooms are equipped with two single beds each and share an additional bathroom with a shower. All bedrooms have access to private balconies, where you can enjoy the views and fresh [hidden] jewel in the crown is the large terrace, accessible from the living room. Here you will find a dining table to enjoy al fresco meals and additional chairs to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
The apartment also offers access to a platform of more than 800 square meters on the second floor of the building, from where you can enjoy stunning views of Estepona, the blue sea and the Rock of Gibraltar. This common area has a children's pool and another 20-meter long pool for swimming, as well as sun loungers and umbrellas for the enjoyment of residents. In addition to these amenities, the apartment's location is exceptionally convenient. Just a 5-minute walk away is the port, with lovely restaurants and, a little further, the bay and the beach of Estepona.
