The property is available year-round for short-term rentals and is the perfect place to relax and enjoy coastal living in southern Spain. Estepona City Council, in accordance with the provisions of the DHCMA Special Drought Plan, has decided that water restriction measures will be introduced on 1st of October 2023 due the eminent shortage of water caused by drought.This unfortunately means that the pools must be kept closed until a new notice is given.


Only 50m from the port of Estepona which offers an excellent selection of eateries. Very well linked to the A-7 coast road and the AP-7 motorway. A short drive to Selwo Aventura, the open-air animal park with zebras and lions. The perfect holiday pied-a-terre.
