There is a bright and spacious living and dining room with marble flooring and a comfortable L-shaped sofa, and a very large south-facing terrace with ample seating which is perfect for enjoying the warm summer evenings.
This property is located on the first floor and benefits from the use of the community pools ideal for families (opening hours may very depending on the season), and Mediterranean gardens, which are just a few steps away. The urbanization has 2 swimming pools, one opened seasonal (July and August) and the other one opened whole year. Puerto Alto is a quiet gated community a short walk from all local amenities, the bustling marina, Estepona beaches, and the charming old town. There are several great bars and restaurants in the area which offer a full range of Spanish meals and tapas, and most have an English menu.

Estepona City Council, in accordance with the provisions of the DHCMA Special Drought Plan, has decided that water restriction measures will be introduced on 1st of October 2023 due the eminent shortage of water caused by drought.This unfortunately means that the pools must be kept closed until a new notice is given.
