Charming two-bedroom apartment located in a quiet urbanization in Puerto Alto, near the port of Estepona. This property is the ideal place to enjoy coastal life in the south of Spain, whether for a holiday with friends or family, combining the beach with moments of relaxation.

Estepona City Council, in accordance with the provisions of the DHCMA Special Drought Plan, has decided that water restriction measures will be introduced on 1st of October 2023 due the eminent shortage of water caused by drought.This unfortunately means that the pools must be kept closed until a new notice is given.
