La Garçonnière is located on the upper floor of a renovated house, above a dwelling (separate access). Kitchen, living room (double sofa bed). Access via 5 steps: shower room + toilet, 2 bedrooms with double beds, one of which is 8 m². Private garden of 80 m².
These cottages are located on a property with a reception room. In a hamlet 5 km from Confolens, two cottages separated by a small cul-de-sac. Woods on the property.
