ESPELETTE, C608: HOUSE T4 (5 adults + 2 children): In the heart of an authentic Basque village, single storey house. Large living room/dining room with fireplace, equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with 140 cm bed, 1 bedroom with 90 cm bed and 2 child beds, 1 bathroom and WC, 1 veranda. Terrace with garden furniture. At the foot of the mountain, 30 minutes from the ocean, all shops nearby.

Bed linen and towels are not provided (paid service to be requested from the agency)
The rental must be left clean (possibility of providing a paid cleaning service)
An inventory of the accommodation is carried out at each departure (see art 1731 of the civil code).

If tenants leave the accommodation on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 [hidden] on the morning of their departure, a pre-inventory will be carried out by the agency the day before departure. In the case of a pre-inventory, the deposit will be canceled (CB) or returned canceled (check), after the effective departure of the tenants.
