Placed in an idyllic setting in the forest and on the edge of a private pond, this wooden house equipped with every comfort is the perfect place to take in the view and let yourself live gently, lulled by the lapping of the water. and the passage of birds. The wide windows of the south-facing living room offer a bird's eye view of the pond where the carp sail peacefully.
A rare and unusual experience to enjoy as a couple or with friends (max. 4 adults), for a rejuvenating stay at the gates of Epinal.
A wood-fired sauna, a large barbecue and hectares of forest await you to bring you pleasure, pleasure and relaxation in this green setting. And why not a little swim in the pond to let yourself be lulled? Fishing not allowed. Kitchen. Living room with sofa bed and wood stove. Upstairs, you will benefit from a bedroom and a mezzanine with sleeping arrangements (1 double bed and a quality sofa bed for two people as well). A mezzanine with convertible two people (adjustable in 2 separate beds or joined). Bathroom. Independent WC. Balcony/terrace overlooking the pond. Barbecue. Garden Lounge. Sheets and towels are provided.
If you wish, you can take a well-being break thanks to the wood-fired sauna and the shade of the forest. On request, it is possible to use the owners' washing machine (300m from the hut).
The cottage is thought ecological. Electricity is supplied by solar panels and 2 thermal panels provide hot water. Two large gas cylinders supply the gas cooker. Heating is provided by a wood stove which is also used to simmer good meals thanks to its integrated oven. Thus pizzas, baeckeofe, traditional dishes can enhance your stay!
Access to the cottage is via a forest path. In wet weather, vehicles will park 500 m away. Single storey cottage. Easy access through door or bay window. Walk-in shower, bathroom, WC and kitchen on the ground floor. Attention floor for access to television and other rooms.
