Goertz und Partner offers you this pleasant apartment for seasonal rental,
which is located in a residential area of Empuriabrava. You will find a
detached house with a plot of 774 m2 which has been divided into three
apartments. The apartment with a useful area of 62 m2 is on the first floor on
the left. Upon entering the apartment, you will find a hallway that distributes
the two bedrooms. Just at the entrance on your left you find the first bedroom
with a bunk bed (2 x 90 cm), following you have the second bedroom with a 140
cm bed. Opposite the bedrooms you will find the bathroom with a shower. At the
end of the corridor you will find a well-equipped open-plan kitchen (oven,
ceramic hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, etc.) and a living-dining room with two
two-seater sofas each. You also have a small terrace with a table and four
chairs. Outside, just below the apartment you have a terrace where you can
install a table which is in the storage room. The washing machine is also
located here. You can enjoy the garden and an outdoor barbecue. There is air
conditioning in the living room. The barbecue must be cleaned by users. Sheets
and towels not included in our rentals (possibility to rent for 20 € / person)
