flat, on the seafront, with spectacular views, in the urbanization El Francás
(El Vendrell), with parking space. It is distributed in: entrance hall,
hallway, living-dining room with access to terrace with spectacular views,
independent kitchen, 3 bedrooms, two double and one single with double sofa
bed, 2 complete bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bathtub. It has a
communal garden area and parking space. It is located in Francás, a familiar
maritime district of the Costa Dorada, belonging to Vendrell, with fine white
sandy beaches, ideal to relax with your family or couple. Close to the Roc de
Sant Gaieta. Half an hour from the amusement park Port Aventura and Ferrari
Land, 1 hour from the Aquopolis water park and 10 minutes from Aqualeón. Only 1
hour from Barcelona and 20 minutes to Tarragona. The house does not include bed
linen and towels, the traveller can take them with them or hire them from an
external company. Cost: 23 € / person, not included in the cost of the booking.
BED MEASUREMENTS: 1 bed of 150 cm 2 beds of 90 cm 1 135 cm sofa bed
LATE CHECK-OUT: For bookings departing on Sunday, the traveller can check-out
until 20h. Sunday check-out is not permitted during the months of July and
August. **Cost of cleaning on departure NOT included in the rental price.
DEPOSIT: A damage deposit of 600 € is required, blocked exclusively by credit
card.
