This single storey house has been completely renovated combining modern and old with great taste. It was built in a building at the end of which the owner lives. You will have a living room with a very contemporary dining area and relaxation area, kitchen, a double bedroom (1 bed 160 x 200 cm), a twin bedroom (2 beds 90 x 1900 cm), bathroom, toilet. Possibility to rent a 3rd bedroom with 160x200 bed at an additional cost with private bathrooms (shower, toilet) at €35/night. The gîte was designed to provide an optimal welcome and stay for people with reduced mobility. A private outdoor space has been set up in front of the gîte (terrace and green spaces), relaxation area under a covered shelter, trampoline and play area. Beds will be made upon your arrival and bathroom linen is provided. In winter, electric heating will be your responsibility (according to readings and actual consumption). 40 km away, possibility for amateurs, swimming, water activities) In the heart of the Pays d'Othe, 30 minutes from Troyes and 15 minutes from Burgundy, gîte in part of a 19th century farm with dovecote whose charm of the place will seduce you.
