Shower room with wc (washing machine). From the living room, access to the 1st floor: bedroom 1 (140X190 bed), shower room with wc. On the 2nd floor, bedroom 2 under crawling (bed 160X200 and 1 bed 90X190). From the living room, access to the 1st floor (1 150X200 bed and 2 90X190 beds). Baby equipment on request. Electric heating in supplement. Sheets provided and beds made on arrival. Bathroom linen for hire. Cleaning service at an additional cost. Private enclosed grounds. Terrace. Garden Lounge. Barbecue. Car park. This address will surprise you with its generous volumes and its very functional configuration. The independent living room is appreciable for moments of sharing and the 2 staircases offer 2 completely separate spaces which will allow 2 families to live together perfectly. The beautiful South West exposure of the facade is very appreciable and it is good to bask on the terrace and the relaxation area fitted out by the owner. The accommodation is a few minutes from the shops and the beaches. The city of Granville has its share of surprises and leisure activities in store for you: Its port, the Haute Ville, an excursion to the Chausey Islands, the Christian Dior house, the Casino, the Thalasso, etc.
