On the ground floor: Entrance with lounge area, - Equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, 244 liter refrigerator), - Dining room with relaxation area and double-sided fireplace, opening onto the terrace. - A bedroom with 1 double bed (160 x 200 cm), - A bathroom with Italian shower, - WC, adapted for people with reduced mobility. On the 1st floor: 4 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm, 7 single beds 90 x 200 cm) Cot available. Living room with games and TV. bathroom with tub. 1 WC. Washing machine and dryer. Gas central heating. Outside: - Land of 2000 m². - Bowling green. - Terrace of 56 m² with garden furniture and barbecue (adjoining the terrace of the other owners' gîte).
