Cosy holiday apartment with community pool and right next to the beach of Las
Marinas in Denia, for a maximum of 2-4 people.
The small and newly renovated holiday apartment Solymar is located on the
ground floor in a well maintained and enclosed condominium called "Playa del
Sol" with garden and community pool, with direct access to the sandy beach of
Las Marinas km 1. The small, fenced terrace of the apartment, offers direct
access to the community pool and from there directly to the sandy beach of
Denia. An ideal holiday accommodation for a couple or 2 adults and two children
and for those who don't wish to move the car around too much. Only a few meters
away from the condominium, you can find the Hotel Oasis, as well as a small bar
and a restaurant. The center of Denia, the harbor, the nearest supermarket and
different shops are located at a distance of about 10 minutes walking and the
bus stop is about 5 minutes away.
A small but beautiful holiday home which is special due to its ideal location
directly on the beach.
