Near the Louet river, in the charming hamlet of Mantelon, this house with blue shutters will delight you with its calm and green setting.

This old house with floor tiles and exposed beams has an equipped kitchen with dining area and a living room with television and functional fireplace promising you warm winter evenings. On the ground floor, there is also a toilet and a washing machine.

By taking the stairs, you will reach the bedroom with a 160x200cm double bed with direct access to the outside, then on the upper floor to the very bright mezzanine which serves the shower and the bathroom. water with WC.
