Description of the accommodation

House of 64 m2 opposite the owners' house and adjoining a garage. You will enter on one level into the living room composed of an equipped kitchen, a living room with insert fireplace and TV, open to the dining room. You will have 2 bedrooms with 1 140 bed in each and a bathroom with WC. Electric heating. Unfenced land, private courtyard with car space. A covered terrace with a warm atmosphere with lights and garlands for your summer evenings or your cool reading afternoons in the garden furniture. Possible rental of 2 adult bikes and 2 children (helmets not provided) to be arranged with the owners on site. Baby equipment: travel cot and high chair. Towels / person / change €10. Personal bed sheets. / change 12€. Heating / stere 100€. House in the heart of the village of Daglan (All shops 100 m away) but quiet and out of sight to preserve your privacy. Thick walls will ensure freshness for the warmer months and a cozy retreat for the winter. Its decoration made of natural colors, ocher, beige gives its name to this “Cave”. The old barn converted into a covered terrace will be perfect for your summer evenings. This cottage is located in the Périgord Noir, in the Céou Valley which is a tributary of the Dordogne (fishing 500 m). To see: the Dordogne Valley and its tourist sites (Bastide de Domme, Châteaux de Castelnaud, Beynac, Les Milandes (former home of Joséphine Baker), Jardins de Marqueyssac, village of La Roque Gageac...). Barge or hot air balloon rides and 20 km from Sarlat, a medieval city with an exceptional heritage (St Sacerdoce Cathedral, Le Manoir de Gisson, etc.). Village ideally located for a getaway to Rocamadour and Padirac in the Lot.
